It's a nice enough hotel in a great location but we don't plan to come back. Last Sunday (5-5-2019), we came back to our room (#4611) after being away for 11 hours to find our door left ajar after housekeeping cleaned. I always check the door when we leave our room so it was indeed locked when we left. I was pretty upset when we came back to find the door open because I had left my wedding ring in the room and my husband had left his wallet back as well. I called the front desk and they said security would be up to check the room. After 20 minutes with no one arriving, I had to call again. Security came, said we would get a call from the head of security the next day. When we checked out the next morning and explained what happened, they said we would get a call. It's a week later and still no call. All I want is for housekeeping to made aware so they will ensure doors are closed for other guests safety.

The place was great great. I couldn’t be happier with the staff. Extremely friendly and helpful. Only issue was the pool temp. But that was a minor thing. The view was incredible at night. Would stay there again easily

The repulation of The Westin was better than the experience. Maybe it was just our expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel was a little run down and not kept up for what we thought it should be. We could have stayed in another hotel, and been much happier. The view was great, and The Sundial was wonderful. We were just underwhelmed.

My experience at the Westin Peachtree Plaza was flawless, the check-in process went off without a hitch and all associates were incredibly helpful. The building itself is remarkable, and as would be expected with a Westin property, the decor offers a classy feel and having access to the Sun Dial lounge is a tremendous plus to booking here. I can't imagine any room having a poor view here, and the skyline of Atlanta as well as a glimpse of Stone Mountain from afar was wonderful. With access to the MARTA train station which goes straight to the airport as well as buses operations nearby, the location is suitable for travelers and those who want to save on ride-sharing services. Definitely would recommend!

This place is simply just beautiful. The beat part of this hotel is the gym. The gym is better then the YMCA. It has an amazing gym fully loaded. The Lounge area is wonderful with marvelous views. I stayed in room 5503 and it was beautiful with wonder less views. The main complaint I have to mention is that the bathroom in my room was small. Very small. You can wash your hands while on the toilet as well as reach into the shower to turn on the shower. Although the bathroom was small, once your in the shower itself, it's quite roomy. I'd your a big person...good lick squeezing in the door of the bathroom. Sorry, not photos of it. I wanted to capture the beauty. The room itself is beautiful and spacious with plenty of sockets and a cooler.
